Restore Trunk Roundel

My current trunk roundel is the newer version. I have an original two piece with the raised letters(even have the original gasket).

But some of the paint is faded and there are some small nicks. Can anyone recommend a professional restorer? Or is there a thread showing how to?

I would prefer a Pro do it but if I have to I will try it on my own.
