Received this trim piece. I noticed the scratch immediately but did not think it was a big deal, so I installed it but perserverating on it. Should I return this or keep it?

You should let them know, they might even send you a new one and let you keep this one..... or definitely come to an agreement/ discount etc. Sending it back would be at their cost which they won’t want, IMHO
