The rocker shafts for all M30’s are the same up to the B35. I have a head at the machine shop and it has 3 appearently b35 shafts and one of the early open on one end shafts. The engine had been built by a reputable shop and had run many miles with no issue. Has anyone else noticed rocker shafts closed on both ends? I saw in a parts catalogue the warning not to run early shafts in a b35 but is it OK to run b35 shafts in a early head?
