I like the trailer hitch, wonder what PO used to tow?

Probably the rusty body parts that were falling off the from off the front of the car. I wouldn't pay $7 for that heap much less $700.

2275xxx or not...

Keshav,

Perfectly correct. A car with VIN 2275xxx is a CSL injection car. However, the problem is that this rolling chassi is announced as 1971 year model. In 1971 there were no 2275xxx CSL cars. The first CSL cars were the 169 carb ones taken from the CS VIN range (2210xxx-2211xxx-2212xxx). They were on the market as 1971 and 1972 models. In August 1972, the injection 2275xxx CSL cars were introduced.

So in conclusion, if the year model of 1971 is correct, I don't see how this car/rolling chassi can be a real 2275xxx CSL.

Cheers
