When I took the driveshaft off of my '66 2000CS, I noticed that there were some large spaces in the center hanger that looked like they should take some kind of rubber bushing or mount. I have the earlier steel plate as a drive shaft coupling and not the big central bearing that they used from '67 (I think) onwards. I was able to find these things in a picture (the highlighted bits), but I have no idea what to call them. If anyone can tell me what to call them, or even give me an idea of a suitable replacement (like a shock absorber bushing or something), that would be great. Thanks in advance.
