My vent windows whistle at annoyingly low speeds. I don't want to crank too hard on the vent knob, and am wondering if there is some rubber seal compound that can be applied to give some life back to the rubber to help it seal better?

DO NOT use Armor All. Silicone will dry out the rubber over time....

BMW sold a product called " Gummiflege", which came in a green tube with foam applicator tip, but for some reason it is no longer available through the dealer.
The BavAuto product referenced in the posted reply is supposed to be similar.

Those seals in Malysia are way overpriced. Dealer list is about $40, I paid $32 each.
