I saw that car two years ago sitting outside...
very complete.. needed a whole new interior...
very early US csa from what I recall..
the rust was very terminal from what I remember.
owned by a bodyman, that should be your first clue.

There are lots of body guys that won't go past Bondo, paint, and bolt on fenders/bumpers. This is why cars need to go to restoration shops instead of the average body shop.
