They have to have a URL, I don't want to save them in my Picasa file. If you want to host them I can add your URL.

Don't need a URL. You can upload directly from your computer just by choosing and uploading the files one at a time...then the images are on the registry page with the VIN. See "Option 1" under "Images" in E9 Registry FAQ.

I can't do since it needs your e-mail and password to access the VIN on the registry.
