Seems like a very good price if you can get past the color. No offense to the seller, it’s just not my favorite. :D

Granada e9’s seem fairly rare in general. I’ve never seen a Granada CSI before!

Just think of how much more fun your car would have been with fuel injection. ;) You know you want another one.

Oh I wanted a B35 in mine. Screw the 32/36’s. I’m definitely casually interested in this coupe.

There’s also a Euro 635 in Reno that I like, but some digging shows it salvaged in the late 80’s and I’ll need to know more before I move ahead.

I know which car you are talking about. If you are serious about an early M90 based 635 let me know. I keep close tabs on them.

Not sure why but something doesn't feel right about this one. Hope that's not the case because it seems like a smoking deal. A bit odd to have a price that low and to not show any interior shots. I'd think the owner selling a car like this would know how important it is to show that. Stories about moving scare me a little too. Again, probably my weird paranoia. I hope I'm wrong because the red seems fitting for a Christmas present for a forum member.

Remember what the poster in the Post Office says. It has been a while since I have seen someone trying to sell a coupe that did not belong to them. And $28k for a CSi looks a little too good. Or it's the real deal and was gone in an hour.

There is nothing about this ad that leaves me to believe that it is not legit. The VIN is included. The pictures and description match e9-driven. Parking in NY is stupid expensive. I think we forget that a little over a year ago one could find a CSI that needed work for under $20K.

I hope so. Seems like a good price even if it turns out to have a little rust here or there.

I’d prefer not to smog an M90 car in Cali. This one is a B35 swap, but the history shows a lot of failed smogs while it had the old engine in it. I don’t know a smog guy like I used to.

The DMV computers go day and night searching out the shops that have a statistically higher record of passing recently failed cars. Then the letters go out requiring a retest at a referee site.
Or else.......

Btw- I'm 30 minutes away from that car - my friend with the aching femur and I could go take a peek.

I actually like that color quite a bit. Wondering if it is original and how many miles are on the vehicle. Please take photos

I was being a bit sarcastic although it isn’t really my favorite. I have the same color - Granada. I honestly like Verona more. In general, I’m not a huge fan of red cars unless there is a prancing horse badge on it.

Some pre-rust pics of my Granada:
