Sardine cans?

Think I must have sardine can rear window motors, cos they look like sardine cans...
One works fine, the other sometimes jams, in that it tries to move, and I see the cog wheel turn a bit. Currently it's working ok, but I was wondering if there's something I can lube or adjust.
I'm going to stick with original for now
