Satin vs Gloss on my FPS Wheels

I assume the originals had a satin black center and gloss silver? I used the Wurth silver wheel paint and it turned out very nice ( read with a Borat accent). I actually like the entire wheel in satin. Downside is I don't know how durable the Wurth paint is without a clear coat.

I clear coated when I used Wurth, their clear product that is usually sold along side the silver. I used a satin clear on the black centers.

Thanks. Was their clear a gloss? I have a lot of 2k Max gloss clearcoat and used their 2k Epoxy satin black on the centers so they should be bullet proof.

Thanks. Have you hit it with wheel cleaner..I use sonax. Does it hold its own?

Yes i use Sonax also, it holds up, it's the rock chips that eventually take their toll.
