May be quite a deal- seller is offering reduced shipping price from Texas after he receives your money wire.
What a guy!
 
Guy is using a SF Bay Area phone prefix (650)
Claims it is in Texas at a dealership.
I could call Terry but doubt he would be bothered by it.

Pics could have been pulled from Bring A Trailer. Craiglist pulls ads if they have too many flags against them. Suggest as many as possible push the Flag button on this one and hopefully save someone from being scammed.
