Scheel seats in a csi ?

A friend of mine recently bought early 70's UK delivered csi. The seats , both front and back , are genuine Scheels. The general condition of the seats is commensurate with the overall condition of the car so it seems they were installed on delivery ?. Were the Scheels available as an option at the time ?(for non csl's ). Cheers, Simon

I had an Italian CSI in the 70's with black corduroy Scheels. Paint was nachtblau (I think) and the seats were nice. No guarantee they came in the car, but....FYI.
