The mixed seat thing can be kinda cool in a "sports purposes" kind of car. They don't match but they do like like they were bought at the same time in terms of vinyl and cord.

I think they're priced well, given there are tilt brackets and sliders. I would have bought them just for that if I had some extra cash....right now I am cutting up Recaro 2002 tilt brackets to fit my E9.

The bases have become ridiculously expensive... Seats are nice but a mixed "sports purpose" look works better in a 911 than an E9 (IMO). For the same reason that rusty old Porsches look cool and rusty old Coupes don't.
