Hi I am new to this as well as a new owner of a 1971 3.0CS
I live in Western Australia and looking for a reliable supplier (anywhere) of service parts. I have ordered online but found it difficult in getting the correct parts
Chasing water pump,Distributor shaft or complete distributor, power steering seal, front diff seal, also front ball joint.
Is it possible to get a nylon bush kit
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Steve

I'm over in NZ and faced the same problems, I have been getting the bulk of my bits from Penske Parts up in the US, Am buying on line using Credit Card, It's very easy and the lady (Lisa) I"ve been dealing with is really good.

The other people I use are

Wallothnesch up in Germany---www.wallothnesch.com
Coupe Guy in the US---www.coupeguy.com
And Coupe King in the US---www.coupeking.com

they have all been good to buy from

For anything Mechanical I would probably be using Wallothnesch, they seem to have a good grasp on aftermaket suppliers of bits

Hope this helps

Steve

Service Parts

Welch Auto Parts here in Melbourne have always been good for service parts. Greg started when E3s and 2002s were still plentiful and he is knowledgeable about E9s also. Stocks Meyle parts.

I've found Jaymic (UK) and Pelican (US) good also.

Ben at La Jolla (bimmerdoc.com) has always been very helpful to me.

Also, Jaymic - already mentioned - was great for hard-to-find bits.
