Like I told you on email weeks ago, they attempted delivery to your address and no one was in. They attempted a second time, and no one was in (this you also know from weeks ago). You also know the parcel is being returned to me due to the unsuccessful delivery. I told you when I learned of the returning parcel that I would inform you as soon as I received it. That was last week. As I have not received it yet I have therefore not replied. I’d appreciate it if you could continue to communicate via email. If you have a problem with that please let me know. If you don’t have any of the correspondence between I ourselves if you have somehow lost that and that is why you’re asking where the parcel is, again i ask, please let me know. I will gladly send you screenshots of all our conversations along with conversations with the delivery courier.

i am sorry but that is NOT true,
that is false,
there was no attempt to deliver, nothing, my office is open 24/7, noone tried to deliver there
you wrote address wrongly and put your mobile phone in the parcel instead of mine, which is ridiculous
and last but not least
i am asking you here because i sent you three last mails and you did not respond to them

Please show me the 3 times you have emailed me since the 21st October which is when we last spoke until your email this morning. You have claimed that no attempt of delivery was made. Please see the screenshot which I sent to you on the 9th October just to jog your memory. The courier claims they attempted delivery twice and would attempt a third time. You were again sent the tracking details of the courier for the THIRD DELIVERY on the 9th of October and you did not raise any issues at this time which would have been the critical point to change anything had you thought there was any issues. Here they are again incase you can’t recall having that info. I really don’t appreciate your attempt to personally attack me and tarnish my reputation so publicly. I appreciate it’s frustrating that the part hasn’t arrived but please don’t make false claims against me when all I’ve tried to do is co-operate and help you at every stage. I asked you to message me privately regarding this matter and am disappointed to see such a childish attempt to damage my reputation as a seller on this site.

i want an answer after more than one month without receiving my purchase
no delivery attempts were made at my address, it is an office serviced 24/7, even sundays
you are being not diligent enough to solve this,
do not insult me and refrain from disclosing private information, that is a crime
please send me my fuel flap
