Seat belt kits for 1972 CSI ?

Specifically looking for modernized shoulder kits that would be tethered behind the backseat rather than the roofline . Also need a cigarette lighter assembly ( need to charge my iPhone ) and glove box lock if anyone can point me in the right direction .
