seat belt

In the process of fitting front 3 point inertia seat belts, could someone point out how to anchor point if secured that goes through the the upper leather part of the trim in the photo. The trim has ready 30mm hole and the bolt on panel see photo has a 27 mm hole can't quite figure this one out.

That's a first for me, never seen it done. Obviously not how BMW did it.

I've seen guides drilled into the wood that support the strap that eventually winds up behind the back seat but definitely not anchored there.

Some 3 point belts (73?) went up to the roof, some anchor behind the rear seat arm rest.
 
Like he said, never seen that...attached is an aforementioned anchor hole in wood with dimensions for that location...

One of the pictures in the thread shows exactly what I am missing, a length of flat bar with various bends. This solves the mystery.
