Seat mechanism disassembly

Fellow E9 Friends,

I am about to send my seats for re-upholstering, so I am taking them apart for shipping.

I need some help on proper disassembly:
How do I remove the chrome part, the wheel and underlying assembly from the seat?

Found it out myself:

there is a retaining ring on the inside - once you remove it, unplug the cable that adjusts the backrest then you can pull the wheel out
