Seatbelt bolt bushings

Has any one found a supplier of the white or black seatbelt bolt bushings? These are the thin bushings that fit over the stepped end of a seatbelt bolt, fits inside the bracket so the bracket can rotate freely but is not loose

Can't put up any picture's at the moment

I spent some time researching alternatives a few years ago without much luck. I ended up sourcing a few old seat belts that included the hardware
 
I believe they are still available from BMW, Part number72111815729.
I've found them on Ebay priced anywhere from under $7 to $20.

How many do you need? I changed my crunchy belts out per Al and ended up with a box of spares after I buttered everything up.
 
I forgot what they looked like, those big nylon washers? Lowe's has a lot of esoteric stuff like that.
