No affiliation, but if someone wanted to upgrade to some nice BMW OEM seats, these could be of interest. Easily refinished to match your existing interior color. Just need to run a B+ out to the seat bases.

Those M5 seats are nice for sure (I know, I have a mint black pair myself) and they have a strong resemblance to early Recaros. The main problem is they come out of a 4 door sedan so the seat backs don’t unlock and fold forward so access to the back seat would be minimal . ~ John Buchtenkirch

Isn't that why they have electric tilt?

Yes, it's slow, but I believe they go forward and tilt enough to give the same access...
