I purchased two front seats a while back ago before I really dove into this project. Not knowing the specifics of each year I now realize I have purchased seats out of a pre 74 car. The pleats on the seat go from front to back rather than the side to side that would have been originally installed in my 74 US car. I wanted to try and determine what year of car that these seats I purchased came out of. Is there any distinguishing elements that would tell me this? or are all pre 74 seats the same including the rails. Is there a year or serial number stamped on it. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
