I checked his car out for another member and recommended against it due to EXTENSIVE rust. All his cars seem to be that way. Curious thing is that I connected the previous previous seller (she had TWO) to the previous owner many years ago. Nice to know that the car which was then very attractive (I did not see under the hood back then) did not become mine. I had a very very rusty (as in gaping holes) 2800Cs once...
It didn't help that M wanted me to suppose that the needed rust repair could be done for about $1500. Can't hardly find a shop around here that will have anything to do with rust, they all want insurance work and panel replacement. On this board that seems not the thing to do.
