shift knob diameter and thread specs?

I was wondering if anyone knows the diameter and thread specs for the 3.0 cs gear shift knob? i just repaired the original whose top laminate came off...and am making a new one. thanks

thanks for the dimensions...i'm having a brazilian rosewood knob made patterned after the original which i don't want to lose after having it restored.
