On a lighter note, I see the smoke is heading aft in the bottom picture.
This is one of my setups. Original shift knob and the bus wheel. I like the colour of the
wood and the E9 originality in this combination. Used in car meetings when I know that other E9 nerds will participate.
Daily driving and other car meetings I use another shift knob (with label) and also other rims (not Alpina). That personal setup makes an even more esthetically impression for the daily viewer regarding an E9 according to me.
Similar to use the same suit for different parties but changing the tie and cufflinks.
