Shops in Salt Lake City area

I am going to be driving to SLC next week for a couple of days, assuming the weather is going to be ok.

I'd like to get some minor things done on my car, e.g. ensure carbs are tuned right and have my windows and sunroof fixed. Does anyone know of a shop that can do this sort of work. I assume the BMW dealer is not a great idea.
