Shortening of prop shaft for 5-speed box

I think it is 95 mm but cannot find the information in my small "Blue book".
Have done this operation in Switzerland many times, but am now in Sweden, and will do it here.
Can anybody please confirm? (Or give me the total lenght to fit the 5-spepd box. I know that there is at least 15mm of leeway but I need to tell the workshop an exact figure).
