Shoulder belts

I was watching some of those E-9 youtube videos recently, and noticed a "fasten seat belt" display on dash of some. Mine has no such warning system, and I don't mind that. However, these on mine are the most primitive belts I've ever used. I realize since there is no B pillar, something had to be done diffrerently.
There's most likely a better system out there with maybe inertia reel for example, and perhaps some sort of hingepoint on the headliner?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

My 71' has a hinge point up by the headliner and an inertia reel. i am going to have them re- webbed by a guy who frequents the 2002 FAQ forum named Blue Devils.

The same guy did the belts on Jabberjaw. Looks nice.

He did some belts for my 2002 (front and rear 3 point) and he was a pleasure to deal with.
