Moderator, if this is already a thread I apologize, I checked a couple searches and I didn't see one. Feel free to move this over and delete this one if one already exists.

I couldn't believe with all the Montana, LLC's out there that this wasn't taken. It took a while to receive this, I will get a pic of it on the car later, I was just excited to open the FedEx package...going on a fun drive today to Fredneck's in Rockford WA to play a little pool and grab a "soda" of sorts.

Back in high school - I had my name as my plate (the Mustang I still have - BTW). I don't have any pics of the car that way.
Doing that and putting your name on your car like that today? No dice, not these days.
But it was fun to do back then (and it was interesting to see how many people found me through the plate - LOL - and all for good reasons - thankfully)

Montana? Idaho has rules on euro spec cars?

BTW there was an old thread:

BTW there was an old thread:
There are no emissions test in Kootenai County ID where I live and mine isn't a Euro Spec, just Euro Bumper but Montana LLC = no sales tax and PERM Registration (win/win). Living very close to the Idaho border there are tons of Montana plates here so they don't stick out like CA for example. nobody blinks an eye.

I figured there was a thread on the plate thing. I will post the rest on there. Thanks1

In the UK during the 1950s through to the 1970s "Ace Peak" plates were the pinacle of what you could adorn your vehicle with. Cast aluminium digits usually painted or polished at extra cost, riveted to a black painted aluminium plate. Long forgotten and discontinued here for decades, the best you can now hope for is a stamped style aluminium plate. It took half a year to source the new old stock digits and numbers, have them stripped and polished to finally be sent to for riveting. My grand father had these made for anything he owned and cared about, it was a small tribute to him.
