What do I mean? Adjust the mirror, do 70 mph, the wind casues the mirror to rotate back. I removed it and tightened the screw at the base that cinches down the spring, cannot get it any tighter and stil the same issue. I fear removing the screw and seeing what's what, I will never get that spring compressed and back on. Anyone been here before?

Bolt at base of the neck of the mirror is as tight as it will go but the mirror pivots on the base too easily and won't stand up to wind when driving.
