Slave cylinder bore size

I'm using a transmission out of an 1980s 528(mechanical speedo), I'm also using a tilton pedal assembly,would anyone happen to know the bore size of the clutch slave cylinder ? I need to order a new clutch master cylinder and if I could avoid removing mine it would be great..

Based upon the limited information you provided, diameter would appear to be 20.64 mm as found on pn 21521116300 (no. 14).
