Anyone had to replace a slave cylinder? What is the level of difficulty? Anyone have one or recommend a source who may carry them?

Thanks
TC

Assuming you mean the clutch slave cylinder

Not that bad -
bleed clutch system dry
remove hose from either end
remove circlip (snap ring)

should pull out - ha, may of corroded and "welded" itself to the housing, use WD40 etc - give it a good soaking for 24 hours or so if required gently warm

sources - not sure where you are, For Europe Walloth & Hesch Germany, Jaymic uk etc

Clutch slave cyl

I agree with the possible challenge you may face in removing the old slave cylinder, and the suggested removal technique. When reinstalling, I suggest applying a thin coat of anti-seize compound to the mounting hole in the bellhousing (after cleaning it out). This weill help if you have to work on it again some time.
