Miami-Dade police this week arrested a used car dealer who they say rolled back more than 81,000 miles from the odometer of a vehicle he sold a customer last year.

Years ago a friend traded in a car and left a long message in the owner's manual. Actual mileage, repairs, etc. Dealer rolled back the odo, new owner found the message, dealer was arrested. Love it.
