could be to be really reasonable if it is checked and/or renewed (better if)
i know that they are very few of these available, so it might be

for a " just removed from the car " it might be a little high,
but, hey, who am i to judge ? your price...your rules
Thanks for the feedback. That’s why i put a question mark on the price. I know very little about these diffs.
Anyways, it came out of an automatic transmission car.
All teeth are in a very good shape as far as I can tell. Fluid also looks clean.
I can provide more details if anyone is interested and also take a video of the teeth rotating the crown ring and pinion.

Hello there,
I have an offer, but it is not confirmed yet. The diff is in Tucson, AZ and local pickup is preferred.
I believe it will fit an E9.
thanks

Hello my friend,
will you explain benefit of E28 sub frame swap, since I have a complete car E28 I buy the E28 for the engine to swap the engine with my 72 2800cs how difficult is it to swap the sub frame, if it is easy fit I like to do it for my 2800cs all I need little explanation, please explain
thank you in advance

I only know that an e28 rear subframe fits an E3 with minor modifications.
I am not sure about a coupe but I read it it is not the same as an E3.

you'll need to weld some rear subframe tabs if you want to keep the sway bar ,if you trim the e9 brake cable tubing it will slide into the e28 control arm ,just the tubing not the cable, then for the differential mount you'll just need a flat piece of steel 1\4 thick and drill holes match with e9 mounts then while the e28 diff and diff mount are installed mark for the new holes on the 1\4 piece of metal drill them and bolt it up , good idea to reinforce this area while your there at the stock rear subframe mount area on an e9 is weak and can rip off upon hard acceleration
