I talked the the seller. This is for the structural piece, the outer rocker, and the rocker cover (both sides). According to the seller these are OEM BMW parts. The price is fair for OEM parts, but it is about $400 more than I would pay from W&N shipped. This seems like a good option for folks who want genuine BMW rockers. In this case, I'm not that person...
