Sadly, my 1967 2000cs will be returning to its roots in California. Lack of proper time, and the current economy, has made me clean out part of my garage. Good thing is I can put my other two oldies at home, and stop paying the $200.00 per month for rent. I bought it on Ebay a few years ago, and have driven it sparingly, though loving every moment of driving. Best are the ever frequent thumbs up. This was a former Chris Provo car, and the new owner will be picking up this Friday. I have it parked in my service area at BMW of Peabody, where I run the Service Dept. I still have one coupe, even though it is an E24, I have owned it since 1988, and have never driven it in winter. Funny my collection of older cars, started as I bought a 69 2000, as a winter beater, as to not drive the coupe in winter. Restored that one, and the frezy continued. Prior to marrige I was up to about nine cars, but time changes all. I will still read daily, as this forum is like a good book, just to good to put down. The parts car is going as well, that was bought by a different buyer to be shipped to the mid west.

I always find it sad when people sell their old cars....but it will probably make someone else very happy and hopefully your car will be in a loving home in sunny California.
