It looks sort of like this one:
Harry, looks like you have the pictures up now. Well, for one that is a reproduction horn button, a nice one for sure, but definitely a repop. It looks like a Momo horn button, but with the option to add the silver Nardi retainer ring. Actually a pretty intelligent design that I haven’t seen before! In summary without the ring it should fit a Momo, with the ring Nardi/Personal. HTH!
