Okay then, not plug and play!! While I understand the E28 motors are much better, at this point in my efforts to correct all that is wrong with my car, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" has got to rein! Perhaps I will revisit this topic when I free up!!

The e28 motor from a rear door is plug and play on all late 73 and all 74 coupes.
