She looks to be super solid.

Although I wonder what's going on w/the rear trunk area where the gas tank goes and the rear fender well???

Just out of curiosity, in thisi condition of a project, what range of funds would one expect to spend to finish it off ? Assuming that you hired a shop to do it for you.

Assuming nothing mechanically would be restored (sounds like they have a running engine), I'd say about $40-50k in labor for body/paint/interior redo and to put stuff together. Probably another $10k in parts (mainly interior).

I have met the owner of this coupe I believe... He took over ownership of PCI which is a small independent BMW shop here in Ft. Lauderdale. He is very nice, and a true fan of the coupes. I want to say he also has an Inca coupe.

I met him when Paul, the previous owner did my brakes aboyt 5-6 years ago.

Time permitting, I could perhaps go by and take pics but I travel so schedule is tight.
