I went to the dealer today to order some pieces and things went nearly okay. I wasn’t able to find the rubber cowl drains on RealOem.com and neither was the dealer in his parts book . Does anyone know if they are available and also the part number ? If not has anyone had any luck with a substitute ? It’s a pretty important part because it keeps engine fumes out of the cowl area and more important out of the heater system and cabin.

Also I tried to get the newer sealed pilot bearing that Carl Nelson mentioned in his 5 speed conversion instructions without luck :-|. Does anyone know what car it comes on so I can order one ? The dealer was trying to sell me the bearing with the felt & tin pieces. I opted out for buying a Sachs clutch from World-Pac to save a few bucks and it doesn’t come with the bearing he mentioned. Thanks guys, your help is always appreciated on this end :-D. ~ John Buchtenkirch

The sealed throwout bearing is a Timken/National 201S/201CC, the same bearing that's in the rear of your Bosch alternator. About $20 at most auto stores.

Those drain tubes are 64214674121 in section 64/3 Heater and is called a Water Outlet Hose. Everyone looks in the Body section or elsewhere. Since no price listed I think long NLA, Carl may be the only source, that is where I got mine.

The drain tubes are remanufactured by Metro Moulded Parts - the rubber parts/ weatherstrip guys. They show up in thier catalogue. Made in the USA. Shocking....and cheap. Been waiting for them to do more.
