Source for finishing washers for trunk floor

Anyone know where I can get the counter sunk finishing washers for the trunk floor board? The gas tank side has 5 screws with special counter sunk finishing washers. They are not the typical variety. Thanks Gary

Finishing washers

Still available new. Part number -51417570111. Any OEM supplier should be able to get them. Maximillian shows them.

part # actually 51471811957 = NLA. I have not seen them on any other part of the car. Screw length is also longer then most other areas..

They are not easy to source; finally found a few on a coupe in a junkyard...
