Spark plug socket

I tried to buy OEM spark plug sockets for my 72 Bavaria. PN; 12121 356 004. I have looked in the usual spots. Ordered from a few places that said they had them only to later have the orders cancelled. Appreciate anyone’s help finding these. Are they the same or close to their Mercedes or Volvo contemporaries?
