Speedo Drive for a 1973 e9 3.0 CSA

I have a leak of gear box oil from the Speedo Drive. The gear box is a Borg Warner. Ideally, I need a new speedo drive, alternatively at least a new o-seal. BMW don't stock them anymore.
Any suggestions? I am UK based.

I used aftermarket 19x3,5 o-ring fit tighter than stock 19,5x3.

I just sourced shop with o-rings locally here in Poland, there where several.
If you want to find o-rings just use simple key in google like: o-ring 19x3, 19,5x3, 19x3,5 etc., etc. NBR or HNBR.
When searching o-rings always use just inner diameter and thickness. If you add also outer diameter it will narrow searching field.
