looking for new lower springs for my '74 e9 and looking for feedback on best place to get them? I know La jolla in SD sells them and Jamic in UK and woundering if anyone had experience with either

I have Carl's springs and sway bars on my 2800 and am completely satisfied with the results.

Do a search and for the Carl Nelson set up. I did it, minus the camber plates and strut brace. Went from soft excessive lateral roll stock to handling as well as my E36 M3 without the ride harshness.

I have the La Jolla springs on my coupe and I am happy with the stance and the ride.

sorry i didn't find photos from the same angle, but here is a before (left) and after (right) for the carl nelson springs. the wheels changed but both sets are 16" running same aspect ratio tires - i think you can clearly see how much lower the car sits when you look at the height of the front end.
