Sport Recaros in a coupe

I've mounted one of my Sport Recaro seats in my coupe and it seems a little high to me. For those of you who have mounted these seats in your coupe, how well do they fit? Mine is as low as it can go without the seat frame hitting the floor mounts and I've also shimmed the rear of the seat up about 3/4" to help the angle.

I have Recaro SRD seats in my car - well they aren't in the car at his moment while I prep for sound deadening but here's a front view of the mounting frame. If you want others - the seats are out and I can shoot anything that will help

I had Recaro "Trend" seats in my coupe and they did sit a bit high. I am 6' tall, if I was any taller they would not have worked for me.

I have Recaro SEs with homemade adapters, similar to the ones Aardvark sells. Through trial and error, while on the drive to Vintage at the Vineyard two years ago, I shimmed them with washers to get the tilt right. The height and angle are perfect. I love them.
