My friend just imported a CSi that is apparently going on BAT.
He has an issue with stalling once the clutch is engaged, otherwise runs fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I would check the Throttle Position switch, make sure the idle contact turns off (opens) as soon as the accelerator is depressed. Also, If the TPS is original, the acceleration traces on the PCB (they look like interlaced combs) could be worn out.

From the inter web:

There are three common problems which are causing your car to stall when the clutch is engaged. These problems are either a worn out clutch plate, a warped pressure plate or disc, or a damaged throw out bearing.

Wow..If it's clutch related as SF Don suggests, at least you'll be able to find the problem and fix it as opposed to a D-jet problem which can drive you (me) crazy.
I forgot to mention one way to eliminate the TPS as a problem would be to disconnect it, drive, and see if you have the stalling problem or not.
