Hi,

Trying to start my car (very early 2800CSA) after a long term refurbishing, but the starter doesn't do anything, no clic of the solenoid. 2 Years ago the starter was oke!
To start troubleshooting I need to know the location of the starter inhibit relay, because my car is an automatic. Repair manual shows only a small picture of it and no information over the location. I have take a look under my dashboard, but couldn't find a similar looking relay.

Can somebody tell me the location, and if possible send a picture of it?

Thanks,

Henny

Hi Chris,

The relay is indeed on the left hand side of the brake booster support bracket.
By troubleshooting found out the relay doesn't do anything because there's no power supply. After removal of the fuse box I found out why. The power supply socket at the backside of the box has been broken!
Next week I will repair the socket.
