new one to me ...
I’m leaning towards 70’s Formel. I’ll research later.
Ok, I poked around a bit. They are both MGB Midget wheels from the early 70's. The one with the holes if from a 1970 GT, and the one with the tear drops is from'72/'73
I was going with salvaged from the Titanic so I guess I was a bit off.

Not as far as you think going by the Excellent pic I supplied.
Why would anyone make a steering wheel with holes just big enough to get your fingers stuck in. Oh! Oh right it’s British. I understand mg had the good sense to discontinue this style of wheel.
