Is anyone using an insulated rolling steel door on their garage? If so, what brand? Any words of caution? Pros/cons?

I'm looking at Amarr and C.H.I. products. I cannot use a traditional overhead door; I want to put a storage lift in the garage. Alway's best to solicit informed opinions before pulling the trigger.
