Wife and I did a 90 mile round trip last night in the first real outing since a complete refurbishment of my 2800CS.

Short simple list of tweaks, lots of smells and we worry, but it actually did superbly.

It came with a perked up 3.5? Metric Mech motor and a 5-speed, so only a tune up and cosmetics effort was necessary there.

I added 528 window motors, LED interior lighting, a stereo upgrade, R134 AC conversion, some new suspension pieces, refurbished interior and wood, a boat load of W&N rubber pieces, and a new Chamonix color. Only took about 2 years.

Pretty much a total rehab. Looks and runs great. Now to enjoy.

Your coupe looks great. As nice as e9s are to look at, they're more fun to drive.
Reminds me of a memorable license plate frame I saw in Monterey last week:

@Shopteacher - please try not to create basically the same post in 2 separate forums (one in e9 discussion and another in e9 projects). i have merged the 2 into 1 thread.
